The broad specs on this are very acceptable for general use, 50Mhz will do most things, the 125MSa/s sample rate is good enough for my use. And the frequency generator is an incredibly useful feature. Not to mention the multimeter, very handy.
If you don't own a scope, and you're curious. I would highly recommend the one I bought. I like the frequency generator for fault finding. I've mainly used this on vintage guitar amps. But I have also used it to diagnose injector signal issues in cars. Obviously just two channels, so you can only compare two cylinders at a time.
I have a four channel bench top oscilloscope, sampling at the standard 1GSa/s, but I haven't had cause to use it since getting this. It's so portable, does basic DMM functions too and is just good enough for most things I need. I guess my use is diagnostics and fault finding.

Seemingly a great product at a reasonable price
I purchased this to replace a rather old oscilloscope, a "not quite as old" Fluke multimeter and an old audio signal generator. Thus far, I've only spent about an hour calibrating, comparing and "checking/figuring it out" ... and I'm pretty impressed.
The construction seems solid, both the accuracy and the capabilities exceed the equipment it's replacing (in all 3 cases) and it's fairly portable (I did apply some car PPF (which I had) to the screen to protect it from getting scratched).
To the reviewer who wrote that the battery was draining (when shut off) in a few days ... yours must have a defect because I have charged mine once, had my "play/comparison" session and it's been over 10 days and the battery still shows an 85+% charge.
